Quote requests
When you submit a quote request through Harvest Insurance Agency, you authorize us to use the information you provide to contact you, evaluate insurance options across our appointed carriers, and route your request to a licensed agent for follow-up.
Submitting a quote request is not a binding application for insurance. No coverage exists until a carrier issues a policy and Harvest binds the coverage on your behalf.
Calls & text messages
By submitting a form on this site or calling our published phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Harvest about your quote, your existing policy, claims, billing, and related insurance services.
You may revoke SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any message we send, or by contacting us. Revoking SMS consent does not affect your underlying insurance policy or your ability to call us directly.
Privacy
Harvest uses the information you provide to evaluate quotes, deliver insurance service, follow up on your request, support your existing policy, comply with insurance regulations, and improve the experience of using Harvest.
Mobile opt-in information and your text consent data are never sold and are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We do share quote details with the insurance carriers you've asked us to compare, with our underwriting partners as required for binding coverage, and with service providers (e.g., e-signature, document storage, call recording) who help us run the business under written confidentiality terms.
Data we collect
- Contact information (name, email, phone, address) you provide on quote forms.
- Property, vehicle, or business details you provide for underwriting.
- Standard web analytics (anonymized page views, source/medium, click attribution).
- Call recordings and text-message transcripts when you call or text Harvest, used for quality assurance and compliance.
Carrier accuracy
Quotes shown on this site are illustrative. Final premium, coverage limits, and eligibility depend on carrier underwriting, the property or vehicle details you provide, your loss history, and other factors a carrier reviews. Harvest does not guarantee a specific quote, premium, or carrier outcome.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated through this page and, when required, by direct notice.
